Treatment & Care Planning

• Support post-transplant follow-ups and long-term renal care.

Clinical Documentation & Collaboration

• Maintain accurate digital medical records and consultation notes.

• Ensure ethical and professional standards of nephrology care.

Qualifications & Requirements:
