This remote role is ideal for eye specialists who want to manage common and complex ophthalmic conditions, guide patients regarding surgical options, review diagnostic reports and provide follow-up care for procedures including LASIK, cataract surgery, glaucoma treatment, retinal interventions and corneal procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

In this remote ophthalmologist role, you will:

• Provide online consultations for patients with glaucoma, cataract, conjunctivitis, dry eye and eye infections.
• Diagnose and manage diabetic retinopathy and retinal detachment cases (consultative and follow-up).
• Guide patients regarding corneal transplant (keratoplasty), corneal ulcers, keratoconus (corneal cross-linking) and uveitis.
• Provide consultation for refractive errors, LASIK (specs removal laser), ICL surgery and refractive lens exchange (RLE).
• Manage cases of strabismus (squint), ptosis and pterygium removal follow-ups.
• Offer guidance for intravitreal injections, trabeculectomy, vitrectomy and DCR for blocked tear ducts (pre- and post-procedure care).
• Review diagnostic reports including OCT, visual field tests, fundus imaging and IOP measurements.
• Maintain accurate digital consultation notes and patient records.
• Refer patients for emergency or in-person evaluation when clinically required.

Qualifications & Requirements:
